Athens
Tennis.
6 days. Twelve to twenty founders. The Greek Riviera, on court and on yacht.
10 members already in. Open to non-member applications now.
New · The add-ons
Stay longer. Go further.
Athens Tennis is the main event. These two are the extensions. The villa is first come, first served. The yacht is a silent auction.
Add-on one · Tue 4 → Tue 11 August
The co-working villa.
When the tennis wraps, a small crew stays on. We have taken a private villa at Pefka on the east Attica coast: clifftop pool over the Aegean, ten minutes from a little town with its own cove, forty five minutes from central Athens, half an hour from the airport. Off the grid feel, serious Wi-Fi.
The week is simple. Work through the day, swim when you need a break, coves in the evening, padel and tennis when we feel like it, proper dinners every night. And the dinners will be proper: we are flying in a private chef for the week, two-star Michelin trained, a friend of the network and one of us. He cooks, we work.
This villa lists at double the price we're getting it for. That's why you're in Concordia.
Private room for most, all food at the villa, the chef, bedding, the lot. Six to seven of us total, heads down and by the pool. Only 4 to 5 spots open.

Add-on two · Mon 3 → Tue 4 August
The yacht overnight.
Board after the Monday tournament final. We have her from midday on the 3rd to midday on the 4th: an Aegean afternoon of swim stops and toys, sunset dinner on deck, overnight on the water, coffee and one last swim off the back before we tender in.
New boat this year. Apeiron Blue, an 80-foot Ferretti, and she is a serious one. Fully crewed: skipper, plus a chef and host on board. Paddleboards, SeaBob, waterskis, wakeboard, towable, her own tender. She sleeps 10 on board, six berths are already claimed, and the last four go to the four highest bids.
Ten berths on board, six already gone. The last four are a silent auction: bidding opens at £400, you bid what a spot is worth to you, and the four highest bids board. If you really want to be on the water, bid like it.
Place a bidSix days on the Athens Riviera with twelve to twenty of the most interesting founders in our network. Four sessions on court, an internal tournament, a yacht on the Aegean, the Acropolis, beach club days, long Greek dinners every night.
No filler. No tourists. No phones at dinner.
The Trip
Six days. One coast. One crew.
Land at Athens. Check into Ace Hotel & Swim Club, Glyfada. Poolside drinks at sunset, opening dinner. Tournament brackets explained over wine.
Morning trip into central Athens. Acropolis, Parthenon, wander down through Plaka. Lunch in the old town. Tram back to Glyfada for tennis evening one at Ten Twenty Club, Voula. Late dinner.
Beach day at Astir Beach Vouliagmeni, the polished Athens Riviera bay club. Long lunch, swim, sun. Tennis evening two. Club-dining at Bungalow 7: DJs, mixology, the Riviera at full volume.
Morning at Lake Vouliagmeni, a natural saltwater lagoon, warm water year round, ten minutes from the hotel. Long lunch. Tournament semis under the floodlights. Group dinner.
7am tournament final + trophy presentation. Then board Apeiron Blue, our 80-foot Ferretti, from midday if you won a berth in the yacht auction: Aegean afternoon, swim stops, sunset dinner on deck, overnight on board.
For those on the yacht: wake up on the water, coffee on deck, swim off the back, tender back to port by midday. Then back into the wild, or roll straight into the co-working villa week at Pefka, 4 to 11 August. Details in the add-ons up top.

Twelve to twenty founders. Every one of them vetted.
This is not a group trip. It is a curated table. The founders coming run serious businesses in e-commerce, email marketing, investing, timepiece agencies, warehousing, real estate, content, and beyond. Different industries, same shape of person.
Application only. We are deliberate about who sits at the table because the table is the whole point.
The best part of a Concordia trip isn't the boat or the hotel. It's the table on night three where the conversation is the kind you do not get anywhere else. You leave with two or three relationships that compound for decades.
What is Concordia?
Concordia.
A network of over 200 vetted founders building serious businesses, the kind that are deliberate about who they spend their time with. Year-round community, members-only trips, founder-only dinners, and a private network where members share deal flow, hires, intros, and the things they would never post in public.
In 2025 alone we ran trips to Bali (twice), Japan, Dubai, Scotland, Spain, Portugal and Greece. Athens is the next chapter. We are running it open to a small number of non-members so we can fill the tennis tournament with the right crew.
If you fit, the network finds you. Non-members who come on Athens and click with the group get invited into Concordia proper. No pitch, no pressure on the trip. We let the days do the work.

FAQ
Quick answers.
No. The tournament format is doubles and singles round-robin. One hour of coached drills (one coach for beginners, one for advanced) before each session. Total beginners through to club-level players have come on previous Concordia tennis weeks.
Message us on WhatsApp. Quick back-and-forth, we review fit, then we send you a deposit link if it is a go. No deposit until we approve.
Yes, but they must be approved by us first and they need to be a founder of sorts. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss.
No, not this trip. Our sister network @joinmaisonfemme runs trips just like this for female founders. We collaborate sometimes but not on this one, unfortunately.
Yes. We commit to the hotel and yacht before the trip and cannot reclaim that. If you cannot make it, you can transfer your spot to another founder we approve.
No. We only allow non-members on 1 of our trips. After that you need to join the network to come on more.
We keep a co-working villa at Pefka on the east Attica coast from 4 to 11 August. Private rooms, a two-star trained Michelin chef at the villa, 4 to 5 spots. Full details in the add-ons section at the top of this page.
Once you are confirmed you get added to the trip group chat and meet everyone there. We do not share the list publicly.
